Thereby problems of development of neither the largest, nor new, small cities what it was necessary to face today were not solved cardinally. At the same time even more the problem of development of east areas became aggravated.
This feature is the cornerstone of most of others about whom will there be a speech below. It is direct result of formation of an urbanization as a by-product of industrialization, neglect to needs of the person for the city, social sphere for decades of specific actually city problems.
Also demographers of the UN adhere to the same point of view. In the forecasts, very highly professional, they give further noticeable increase in number of citizens in the world for the first quarter of the XXI century – for 73,1%. Of course, this increase significantly concedes to dynamics of urban population of the world in XIX and XX centuries, but the gain of citizens remains rather powerful. However, the considerable part of this gain will fall on developing countries, but also in the developed countries urban population, according to forecasts, will increase for 15% in the first quarter of the XXI century.
In Asian part the main strip of moving is strongly narrowed and wrung out to the South. It is distinguished by also smaller maturity and formation of a network of moving, more poor quality of an urban environment, services industry, culture.
